About Our Owners/Directors
Melissa & Courtney

Our Director Melissa has been in the childcare field for over 25 plus years & has her Directors Credentials in Childcare. She has worked with children of all ages, taught Vpk, trained other directors, held her own In-Home child care, as well as managed several child care centers here in Brevard County, Fl. Melissa takes her Position in Childcare very serious and exceeds well over in professionalism. Her welcoming spirit has touched the lives of many children and parents all over.
Our Director Courtney has been in the childcare field going on 16 years now. She has her FCCPC child care Credentials covering the ages:Birth-Five and her Directors Credential as well. Courtney has experience teaching children the ages of 6 weeks-school-age and has trained many other teachers locally. Courtney excels in the abilities to teach and guide children, preparing them for school readiness. As seen on our parent reviews. Courtney is patient, kind, flexible, loving, and driven to her job. It is apparent that children are her life & it reflects from the inside out.

Ms. Morgan has been teaching for 5 plus years and has her FCCPC Credentials in Childcare. She is the Lead Teacher in our VPK class; A program funded by the State of Florida to help prepare children for Kindergarten. Through the structured learning environment in her classroom, Ms. Morgan excels in her ability to teach, following the 8 domain standards.
Ms. Bree has been teaching for 2 years now and has completed her 45-hour training in Childcare. Ms. Bree is our Co-teacher of VPK and helps prepares our four year olds for VPK by expanding their minds with academic knowledge. Their structured classroom also follows the 8 domains of VPK standards to help prepare our four year olds for their next step in education. Ms. Bree is motivated and is a great asset to her classroom.
Mrs. Danielle has completed her 45-hr training in Childcare and is working to complete her FCCPC credential. She prepares our three year old for VPK by teaching them phonetics, number recognition, shapes, motor skills & social skills. Ms. Danielle is soft spoken, patient and has the drive and motivation that our three year old's need to succeed.
Mrs. Heather has been teaching for 8 years and has her 45-hr training in Childcare and is working to complete for FCCPC Credential. She has a great passion for teaching is very motivated to her job. She teaches our toddlers the "starters" of learning to prepare them for the years ahead. She also works alongside of our parents to help potty train our two year old's. Patience is Key & THAT she has.

Ms. Echo has completed her 45-hours training in childcare and has 5 years+ experience teaching. She has a loving personality that thrives & is a phenomenal teacher in our one year old room.

Ms. Courtney is working to complete her 45-hours online training in childcare . She has a warm, nurturing love that is perfect for our Baby room. She loves and cares for our little ones as if they were her own; And that is what our babies need the MOST!
Mrs. Marlena, Mrs. Tasha, Ms. Adrienne, & Mrs. Viola are our Wonderful Floaters. They help keep the flow throughout the center go easy and smooth. The kids love them and they truly are the BEST!
